We see ourselves as an institution with an educational mission. It is important to us to make contemporary art accessible to a wide audience. Through workshops, tours, lectures and discussions, we convey artically and socially relevant themes from art. We develop appropriate formats for pupils, teachers, students, members of the KKV and other interested parties, which can vary according to the exhibition. Each exhibition also has exclusive tours for sponsors and subporters.
A special concern is the enthusiasm of children and adolescents for art. We have set up a mediation team of students teachers, whose members use their own access to and their personal perspective of the exhibitions to create mediation offers for school classes on all school levels.
